DHS WILL REJECT ANY BIDS THAT INCLUDE VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OTHERWISE MODIFY THE STATEMENT OF WORK PROVIDED
EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: ONE (1) PATTERSON-KELLY MODEL "PK-10S" WATER HEATER. THE HEATER IS SIZED TO HEAT 65 GPM WATER FROM 40° TO 140°F WHEN UTILIZING 10 PSIG STEAM.
The Department of Human Services, South Mountain Restoration Center (SMRC) is seeking a vendor to provide a packaged steam water heater for the facility located at 10058 South Mountain Road, South Mountain, PA 17261, Franklin County.
Bids are due March 15, 2023 at 10:00 AM and must be submitted electronically. Late bids will be disqualified. Vendors must enter firm prices for all items and provide appropriate responses to all “Mandatory Attributes” contained in the solicitation. Failure to submit bid as described may result in yours being rejected as a non-responsive bidder.

Award will be made based on lowest and responsible and responsive bidder and will be based off of line item price basis.
