FORT INDIANTOWN GAP IS NOW ACCESS CONTROLLED. IF YOU ARE NOT A CURRENT CONTRACTOR WITH BADGE ACCESS, YOU MUST LET ME KNOW YOU ARE ATTENDING THE MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT. PLEASE EMAIL ME A LIST OF NAME(S) THAT WILL BE ATTENDING. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE, PASSPORT, ETC. FOR IDENITY PROOFING. This PROJECT IS A STANDARD LOW BID PROJECT and includes GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES
The project consists of construction of upslope diversion swales and storm drain piping,
reconstruction and regrading of the stone pave perimeter road; repair and or replacement of the
perimeter fence, gates, and appurtenances; installation of new motorized main entrance gate;
patch bituminous pave; and seeding and stabilization of disturbed areas. The project also consists of rehabilitation of two existing stormwater basins – clear berms, replace outfalls, remove sediment, and stabilize. Located at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Lebanon County, PA; and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents.
ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General - $1,000,001.00 - $1,500,000.00 and .4 Electrical - Up to - $10,000.00
Liquidated Damages = (.1) $370.00 per day, (.4) $20.00 per day
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: The Pre-Bid Conference will take place on Wednesday January 3, 2024, at 10:00AM IN BUILDING 0-10 CONFERENCE ROOM (map attached in bid documents), Fort Indiantown Gap, Lebanon County. ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS MUST ATTEND TO BID ON THIS PROJECT.
