INVITATION TO BID – COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY – LOCK HAVEN CAMPUS
CWU-28- L: Bentley Dish Machine and Pulper Replacement Preparation
Commonwealth University – Lock Haven Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to construction required which includes all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents for the preparation for the replacement of existing dishwasher and with new (by others), work to include removal of steam and condensate piping, existing exhaust grilles, rebalance existing exhaust fan, remove hot and cold water connections, new chemical feed system, disconnecting and modifying electrical to existing circuits to dishwasher, and providing final electrical connections to dishwasher.
A Mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on February 28, 2024 – 11:00 AM at the at the Facilities Building Office 95 West 4th Street, Lock Haven PA 17745.
Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EST on March 27, 2024 through Ariba Discovery – Source Point Bid Event located at http://seller.ariba.com
