SCI-Rockview Farm is soliciting bids for an INCOMMAND and GPS Control System for monitoring crop yields on a 2005 John Deere 9560 STS combine.
The unit price must include Installation, Setup, and Calibration of the equipment and software. The unit price must also include the costs associated with arrival on-site: labor rates, travel time, mileage, subsistence, lodging, fuel, surcharges, and freight charges. No additional costs will be paid by the Commonwealth.
Only electronic bid responses will be accepted, submit bids at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us Any changes to the IFB will be posted on www.emarketplace.state.pa.us , it is the bidder responsibility to monitor site for any change notices. The changes notices shall be incorporated and be part of the solicitation.
