This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides interested offerors with sufficient information to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education for Housing Management Software.
This RFP is expected to result in multiple participation award contracts. Successful placement on the award list provides awardees with the ability to provide the software and services on an as needed basis only. It is not a guarantee that a university will request an awardee to provide the software and services.
