Interior work includes removing existing acoustic tile ceilings in select classrooms to access existing steel structure and decking. Reinforce deteriorated interior structural members. Replace all removed ceilings and grid including replacement of the 2nd floor main corridor ceiling tile and grid.
Exterior repairs include repairs to deteriorated masonry, new coping and gutter system at the 3rd floor parapet adjacent to the existing green house, replacement of broken or missing greenhouse glazed panels and resealing all remaining glazing panels. Additional exterior work includes the replacement of sloped masonry panels with new metal roof sections.
