The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure one Tactical TSCM Kit (TTK) which is in a small deployment ready package. This Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) survey equipment is a portable “bug” sweep kit. Included with this package is a MESA 2.0, ANDRE, ORION 2.4 HX CMA-100 and a thermal imager.
This is a no substitute bid for the TSCM kit and accessories listed in the specification.
All bidding is done through the PA Supplier Portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us
No other form of bid submission is acceptable.
