The Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of Laboratories (BOL) is seeking bids for one (1) high resolution time of flight mass spectrometer (HRQTOFMS), one (1) ultra-high pressure liquid chromatograph (UHPLC), one (1) gas generator. The instruments will be used in the identification and quantitation of potential chemical terrorism agents as part of the Laboratory Response Network for Chemical Threats (LRN-C) and the identification and quantitation of drugs of abuse including fentanyl and overdose biosurveillance.
