INVITATION TO BID – COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY – BLOOMSBURG CAMPUS
SSHE 401-BL-1206: Lycoming Hall Honors Program
Commonwealth University – Bloomsburg Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to construction of 1,000 sf addition and 4,500 sf interior renovation with concrete foundations, steel frame construction, exterior plaza, concrete ramps, steel stud walls, gypsum board finishes, ceiling and floor finishes, HYAC systems, plumbing for 2 new kitchenettes and toilet room, power, lighting, and IT infrastructure.
A Mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on November 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Lycoming Lounge 122 (the glass structure along Schuyler Drive) on the campus of Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg Pa 17815. Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory.
Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EST on December 13, 2022 through Ariba Discovery – Source Point Bid Event located at http://seller.ariba.com
The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com . In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register http://seller.ariba.com
