The OAG has identified a need for a ‘Aircraft Microwave Mobile Ground Receive (RX) System’ which
is capable of integration with its existing1 Aircraft Microwave Video Downlink Transmission
equipment installed on the OAG’s aircraft (a Cessna Grand Caravan EX). Thus, through this
procurement, the OAG intends to award a contract to a responsible and responsive bidder and invites those interested and able to satisfy the Specifications (more fully described in Section II) to submit a response to this IFB.
