CWU-25-B: KUB Multipurpose A & B Folding Partition Replacement
Commonwealth University of Pa, Bloomsburg campus invites Contractors to download documents for this project.
Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Interior renovations to support replacement of two (2) motorized operable partitions at Kehr Union Building (KUB) at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania - Bloomsburg Campus. The Work generally includes installation of structural steel support framing, new interior partitions, doors and finishes and associated modification of
existing mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems. Work identified under Alternate No. 1 includes replacement of recessed downlights located within an existing acoustical panel ceiling. Operable partitions will be provided under separate contract and installed by Owner's separate contractor in conjunction with the performance of work under this Project.
Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on November 21, 2023, at 10:00AM EST, at the KUB room 345B, Bloomsburg, PA 17815.
Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EST on December 12, 2023, through PASSHE’s ARIBA Sourcepoint located at http://seller.ariba.com.
The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com. In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register at PASSHE’s ARIBA Sourcepoint http://seller.ariba.com.
