Description:

The purpose of these specifications is to describe the minimum requirements for a towed diesel powered debris retrieving machine which shall be operated electronically by one person from the cab of the towing vehicle. The unit shall be designed to lift and elevate unwanted debris from the side of the road (paved or unpaved), highway, medians, along curbs and barricades to a material hopper which can be hydraulically raised and dumped. It shall be capable of cleaning at speeds from 0 to 18 MPH and be towed at speeds of up to 65 MPH. Ref: Barber Model 200
