You are being invited to participate in Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education Sourcing Event.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals for Travel Management Services on behalf of the State System’s universities for travel by students, faculty, and staff. The proposed solution must enable universities to book international and domestic travel for individuals and large groups.
PASSHE is soliciting these services on a collaborative basis on behalf of its 10 universities. This RFP is part of a competitive procurement process which helps to serve PASSHE’s best interests and provides offerors with a fair opportunity for their services to be considered.
PASSHE maintains the option to use other travel agencies, and nothing will prevent PASSHE, at its option and at its sole discretion, from obtaining services as contracted from other sources during the term of the contract.
