The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations, Electronic Surveillance Section (BESO / ESS) is seeking an Offeror to provide one (1) fully integrated vehicle-based cell site simulator system (CSS). This system must be fully integrated into a ground-based vehicle.
All Offerors are required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal.
