ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY.
ALL SUBSEQUENT MODIFICATIONS MUST BE FULLY SUBMITTED BY THE CLOSE OF BIDDING.
NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE PERMITTED.
ITEM PRICING SHOULD INCLUDE ANY AND ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED TO SUPPLYING MATERIALS.
NO ADDED FEEDS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
