The Pennsylvania Game Commission, Northcentral Region is requesting bids for 15 sets of PVS-14, gen 3, white phosphor night vision goggles or any other night vision goggles that are comparable and meet our specs.
This should include the essential accessories listed in the item specification description. The minimum FOM for the L3 tubes is 2300.
If you are submitting a bid for a comparable model of night vision goggles that differs from our specs, an example must be approved by the Project Manager before being awarded.
