Pre-bid Information, Bidding Requirements, and Contract Conditions
The Office of the County Controller of Allegheny County, Room 104, Court House, Pittsburgh, PA, will receive separate and sealed Bids on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm and from 10:00 am until 11:00 am prevailing local time, Wednesday, October 26, 2022. A representative of the Department of Public Works will open and read the bids in Conference Room 1, County Courthouse, Pittsburgh PA, one‑half hour later at 11:30 am.
