The Department of Human Services (DHS), on behalf of Allegheny County, is seeking Proposals from qualified Proposers to develop and administer a targeted rental assistance and supportive services program for people at risk of eviction and homelessness. This RFP is part of a larger, comprehensive community response to preventing evictions and the homelessness that they can cause.
