Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for Investment Services, RFP# 6- FY23/24. Proposal Documents, including specifications, will be available to interested Proposers after December 9, 2023, through PennBid. Registration is free. An optional conference call for (Q & A) questions and answers, will be held on December 18, 2023, at 1 p.m. EST. Further details are available with the RFP Documents. Questions will be accepted through PennBid until 5 p.m. on December 19, 2023.

Proposals must be uploaded to PennBid, www.pennbid.net by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, January 4, 2023.

Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Certification of local, diverse, and disadvantaged businesses will be considered in the evaluation process.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive informalities and/or technicalities, as it deems best to protect its interest.
