Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for Employee Value Proposition, RFP#14 FY22/23. Proposal Documents, including specifications, will be available to interested Proposers after May 18, 2023, through PennBid . Registration is free. An optional conference call for (Q&A) questions and answers, will be held on May 24, 2023, at 11 a.m. EST. Further details are available within the RFP Documents. Questions will be accepted through PennBid until 5 p.m. on May 26, 2023.

Proposals must be uploaded to PennBid by 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, June 2, 2023.

Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Certification of local, diverse, and disadvantaged businesses will be considered in the evaluation process.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive informalities and/or technicalities, as it deems best to protect its interest.
