Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for the provision of Commencement Audio Visual Services for Montgomery County Community College, RFP# 5 - FY23/24. Proposal Documents, including specifications, will be available to interested Proposers after November 1, 2023, through PennBid. Registration is free. A conference and tour will be held on November 7, 2023, at 2 p.m. EST. Further details are available with the RFP Documents. Questions will be accepted through PennBid through November 14, 2023.

Proposals must be uploaded to PennBid, www.pennbid.net by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, November 30, 2023.

Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the proposal documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Certification of local, diverse, and disadvantaged businesses will be considered in the evaluation process.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive informalities and/or technicalities, as it deems best to protect its interest.
