The Pennsylvania State University plans to put in place Emergency Restoration Contractors capable of providing as-needed emergency services to mitigate damage to University properties for preset unit prices.

The University will hold a mandatory information and outreach meeting via a Zoom webinar on March 30, 2023, at 10:00 AM (ET). The purpose of the meeting will be to explain the JOC Emergency Restoration program, go over the required submission documents and the selection process, and answer any questions from interested parties. Attendance at this meeting is required.
