SEALED BIDS FOR CONTRACT MOWING AND MAINTENANCE OF SPECIFIED TOWNSHIP FACILITIES ARE DUE ELECTRONICALLY BY 3:00 P.M Wednesday, February 8, 2023 for furnishing the following:
All labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work for the Contract to mow specified Township properties.
ALL BIDS documents are available at www.pennbid.net . All questions are to be submitted through PennBid and are due by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
THE TOWNSHIP OF ABINGTON reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent ( 10%) of the bid amount, which shall be forfeited if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract upon issuance of a notice of award.
A Performance and Labor Materialmen's Bond will be required from the successful bidder.
