PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all prospective bidders that Abington Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, will receive sealed bids for the following projects: Concrete Roof Repair Abington Township Burn Building. Sealed bids shall be submitted and updated online until 11:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 29 ^th day of May 2023 at which time they will be virtually opened by way of a Zoom meeting. Hard copies of all documents may be optionally purchased through PennBid. Estimated cost is $100.00. Project drawings and documents are available for inspection at the offices of Abington Township: 1176 Old York Rd., Abington, PA 19001.

Contract: Concrete Roof Repair Abington Township Burn Building

The Scope of Work consists of but is not limited to: The repair of an existing building concrete roof.

Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw a bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Abington Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.

All prospective bidders are hereby notified that this project is subject to PA Prevailing Wages determined for the project as set forth in the Contract Documents.

Mandatory Bonds and Guarantees - A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid will be required. Bid guarantees, performance bonds and payment bonds will be required in accordance with 40 C.F.R. §31.36(h). Bonds are required to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
