SEALED BIDS FOR “ABINGTON INCLUSIVE PARK AND PLAYGROUND” ARE BEING ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY VIA PENNBID BY THE TOWNSHIP OF ABINGTON BY 9:00 A.M., THURSDAY, JANUARY 11, 2024. BIDS WILL BE OPENED AND DISPLAYED PUBLICLY ON PENNBID IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING OPENING AT 10:00 A.M. ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 11, 2024. THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO THE ABINGTON TOWNSHIP RESPONSIBLE CONTRACTOR ORDINANCE, ORD. NO. 2193. RCO QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION IS DUE BY THURSDAY, DECEMBER 28, 2023.
