This is a two (2) year requirements type service contract for the calibration of tools and meters. See attached specification G-4767-2 with Attachment A Tool List, for calibration and testing requirements. See attached tool list for tool information and locations. The quantities listed are estimates only and SEPTA is not bound to purchase any specific amount. The contract will expire at the end of the contract period 1/31/2024 – 1/30/2026, or upon exhaustion of the contract funds. Pricing must remain firm for the duration of the contract period. The vendor shall be responsible for pick-up and delivery, and shall make the necessary arrangements for these services. SEPTA’s Project Manager will be in contact with the awarded contractor after the Purchase Order issuance to discuss schedule. All invoices will be approved by the SEPTA Project Manager or designee.
