Requirements Type Blanket Contract For The
Supply Of Paint Sundries Consumables Materials To
Septa’s B&B Regional Rail Division Personnel.

*Pricing Will Be Based On A Mark-Up On Actual
Vendor Costs.

The Quantities And Amounts Listed Are Only
Estimates And Septa Is Not Bound To Expend Any
Specific Amount. The Purchase Order Will Expire At
the End of the Contract Period (Approximately
10/31/2023 through 10/31/2025) or Upon Exhaustion
of the Purchase Order Dollar Value.

All Pricing And Mark-Ups Must Remain Firm For The
Duration Of The Contract Period.
*All Orders Will Be Requested And Released On An
As Required Basis.

When Accepting This Contract The Vendor Shall
Bear Responsibility Not To Deliver Any Materials In
Excess Of The Contract Value. Any Material
Provided Outside the Scope or Value of This
Contract Will Be Considered Unauthorized and Will
Be Subject To Non-Payment. Any Material Provided
In Excess Of The Limits Of This Contract Will
Require A Separate Purchase Order And Must First
Be Approved By The Appropriate Septa
