CONCORD TOWNSHIP DELAWARE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Sealed bids will be received through PennBidâ„¢ by Concord Township for Concord Township Fencing Installation until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 2nd day of December 2021, at which time and place they will be publicly read at the Concord Township Building, 43 S. \PennBID.net). Note, PennBIDTM assesses a fee to the bidder who is issued the award. Click on the “Solicitations†and “View†tabs. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. The project is for the installation of aluminum, vinyl coated chain link, and wooden post and rail fencing at multiple locations within the Township. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
