RFP for Finance Department – Accounting Procedures & Policies Documentation

The Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation (PHDC) invites competitive proposals from qualified, experienced and reputable consulting firms to provide consulting services with respect to standard operating policies and procedures for its Finance Department and certain other entities to which PHDC provides financial services as outlined in the General Objective and Scope of Work section of this Request for Proposals (RFP). The objective is to assess whether a knowledge gap exists, revise the existing process as necessary and increase efficiencies.

Questions/Requests for Additional Information:
PHDC will accept questions and requests for additional information directed in writing to kevin.bane@phdc.phila.gov on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 12:00 PM. Questions, responses, and additional information will be posted on this page of the PHDC website within three (3) business days after that date.

Submission Deadline and Process
Applicants must submit a Response via email to the following address: kevin.bane@phdc.phila.gov . The subject line of the email should read “PHDC RFP Response – Policies and Procedures for Finance Department.” All Responses must be received no later than Friday, June 16, 2023 ; absolutely no Response will be accepted after that time.
