DHS is extending this RFP to seek a qualified provider or organization to establish a Resource Parent Support Team. Resource parents need support, to understand the unique challenges faced when caring for children and youth. The support groups offer the resource parent to have other adults in their life who they can turn to for advice and resources to make sure they are supporting the child/youth in their homes in the best way possible.
