Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on April 9, 2024 for BID – WESTMORELAND COUNTY COURTHOUSE POLICE MEMORIAL. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.

All Bidders shall attend one of two Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings scheduled for Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 10:00 AM and Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 9:00 AM. Both meetings are scheduled at the Job Site, which is located at Westmoreland County Courthouse, 2 N. Main Street, Greensburg, PA 15601. Bidders shall meet outside in front of the Main Lobby entrance.

The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:

Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
