Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on March 28, 2023 for BID – WESTMORELAND COUNTY RECORDS MANAGEMENT STORAGE SHELVING. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.

Pre-Bid Meetings will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at and Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 2:00PM. It is being held at the Job Site which is located at 130 North Maple Avenue, Greensburg, PA 15601. All bidders are required to attend one Pre-Bid Meeting before submitting a bid.
The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:

Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
