County of Franklin will receive sealed bids by and through the Franklin County Controller’s Office, Franklin County Administration Building, 272 North Second Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201, for the Franklin County Courthouse Annex Renovation until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. Bids will be publicly opened and read on Wednesday, March 01, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at the Franklin County Administration Building, 272 North Second Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201 during its duly advertised public meeting.

The work includes all material, labor, and equipment necessary for the renovations of the Courthouse Annex along with all of the associated site work. This bid consists of the rebid of the HVAC prime contract. The General Construction, Plumbing, Electrical, and Elevator contracts have been previously awarded.
