Request for Proposals: Career Connected Learning Programs – Fiscal & Contracting Intermediary

Released December 4th, 2023. S eeking entities with demonstrated capacity in contract management and technical assistance provision to youth serving workforce development programs to serve as Philadelphia Works’, the City’s, and the District’s fiscal and contracting intermediary. Proposals are due Thursday, December 21, 2023 by 5:00PM ET.

T he previous Request For Proposals, released June 2023, for the Career Connected Learning intermediary has been canceled. PhilaWorks and the City and School District of Philadelphia will not be entering into contracts on the basis of the RFP released June 2023.

To ensure Philadelphia Works maintains an open competition process, all inquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to youthrfp@philaworks.org .
