I've been a general contractor since 1983 .As a company, we have built addition to houses of 2400 sqft and office building of 3600 sqft along with countless other jobs. I use registerd plumer and electrician. We are a full scope construction company.
We own all tools associated with our work, when necessary we rent heavy equipments (backhoe etc). I try to maintain low overhead. It helps in the bidding.
